On 14 March 2019 took place the first dialogue meeting with the inhabitants of Zieleniec, during which the management of Plant No. 1 in Antoninek informed our stakeholders about the current status of the plant reconstruction.
Discussions also concerned additional planting of trees in Krośniewicka Street, as well as the implementation of plans to reconstruct the streets in Zieliniec, which are an element of the agreement with the city of Poznań on changing the transport system.

Ponad 40 osób, mieszkańców Zielińca, uczestniczyło wczoraj wieczorem w spotkaniu z dyrekcją Zakładu Volkswagen Poznań. Tematem rozmów była przebudowa układu drogowego w Zielińcu, która z kolei związana jest z rozbudową zakładu VWP w Antoninku rozpoczynającą się wiosną bieżącego roku.

Due to changes enacted by Poznań City Council to the Local Zoning Plan, which concern "Industrial zone at Warszawska St. in Poznań", Volkswagen Poznań has prepared another proposal of draft changes to the traffic system in the considered area. Therefore, a meeting was held, during which local residents had the opportunity to obtain information on the proposed changes in the traffic system of Zieliniec Housing Estate. The meeting was held in the White Room of the Poznań City Hall and was attended by Maciej Wudarski, the Deputy Mayor of Poznań.

Volkswagen Poznań started works on removing waste disposed on one of the plots owned by the Company. Volkswagen Poznań has started to remove the waste littering plot No. 17 owned by the Company (see the map attached to the press release). This plot was acquired by Volkswagen Poznań in the present conditions, including disposed waste. Before starting the works, the Company commissioned tests for the presence of pollutants and waste analysis. The site survey revealed construction waste - mainly fragments of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, bricks, cullet, rods and wires.

Meeting with residents, during which they had the opportunity to see the proposed changes in the traffic system in the area of Zieliniec Housing Estate, included in the conceptual design of developing the intersection of Warszawska/Sośnicka streets, expansion and modernization of Sośnicka, Sarnia and Kamieńska streets and modernization of the intersection of Zieleńska, Starachowicka and Grodnicka streets.

During the meeting, the Housing Estate Council was informed about the intended relocation of the entrance gate at Leśna St. and the resulting need to cut down trees. The Housing Estate Council was also informed that on 05.02 local press will receive a press release informing about VW plans. Tree cutting is planned at 13-15.02.

Year 2012 was summarized during the meeting with the Working Group and then with the Housing Estate Council. Results were presented concerning the research conducted by the University of Economics related to the impact of investments of Volkswagen Poznań on prices of properties in Zieliniec Housing Estate and the draft of the planned survey to be used in the analysis conducted by the Poznań University of Technology.

Meeting with the working group of representatives of Zieliniec Housing Estate. The meeting was also attended by representatives of Poznań University of Technology from the working group of prof. Jacek Żak, PhD, Eng., of the Faculty of Machines and Transport. During the meeting, we presented the assumptions for project "Multi-criteria analysis of variants for reconstructing the transport system" implemented by Poznań University of Technology. The analysis was commissioned by the Poznań City Council, to take its results into consideration when making decisions on changes to the local zoning plan.

Another meeting with representatives of Zieliniec district was held. During almost a three-hour meeting, we focused on the maximum built-up surface and height of buildings and their impact on water management. Another important issue was the possible location of car parks, factory traffic and transport connections for the neighbouring estate. We discussed the arrangement of the entrances to our premises and solutions for estate residents commuting to Poznań and Swarzędz. At the meeting we talked about the impact of a possible factory extension on forests and green areas. Moreover, the issues of deep wells and underground water intakes were also analysed.
