Volkswagen Poznan for several years has actively participated in the vocational training process. We work with School Complex No.1 in Swarzedz and conduct training in the following trades: mechatronic fitter, automobile mechanic, and automobile electromechanic.

The students of these classes are juvenile employees of our company, the majority of their practical work is performed with us.

In the upcoming 2012/2013 school year, we are expanding cooperating with schools in this aspect. We intend to set up classes in two further trades: machine & foundry equipment operator and industrial automatics & precision equipment mechanic.
