On October 3, 2012 we will be at Poznan University of Technology for the third time. All interested students will have an opportunity to take a closer look at the technologies used in the only plant in the world that manufactures the Volkswagen Caddy.

The event titled "Come and see the manufacturing process of VW Caddy" is aimed at showing students of Poznan University of Technology the practical application of knowledge gained during the studies. It is also a great opportunity for all those who are interested in working at our company.

3rd Day of Volkswagen Poznan at Poznan University of Technology will begin with the lecture "Process management on the example of new projects of Volkswagen Poznan foundry". The pressure foundry located in the Poznan district of Wilda is the biggest one in Europe. Every year it provides bodies, steering columns and cylindrical heads for over 4.6 million Volkswagen Group cars. Maintaining the highest environmental and quality standards requires reliable processes and constant development. Come and learn about process management in our Foundry from the inside.

Additionally, students will have a chance to test their strength during virtual welding, find out how much gold is actually in gold and how difficult it is to choose the right colour from thousands of different hues.
