Our plant obtained the “Well Regarded Company” title. The awards gala during which we received a symbolic diploma took place on November 19 in Warsaw.

The aim of the “Well Regarded Company” competition is to promote companies that conduct socially responsible business and raise corporate social responsibility awareness and effective methods of communicating the company's social activities. Assessment has been made on the basis of a Competition Questionnaire carried out by the Business Centre Club, which provided basic information on each company's activities compliant with corporate social responsibility principles.

The aspects to be assessed included:

• development and implementation of CSR strategy,
• effectiveness and methods of internal and external communication of the company in the said area
• the company's policy regarding employees, including: compliance with principles of equality and CSR in the field of ecology, market, and charity initiatives.
