The Institute of Labour and Social Affairs has once again awarded prizes in the Human Resources Management Leader competition. The Gala Ceremony, during which the prizes were handed out, was held on 19 June 2012 in Warsaw.

The aim of the competition, as the organizers write, is to promote knowledge and best practice experiences in the field of human resources management. The competition was held under the patronage of the Minister of Economy – Waldemar Pawlak and rewards companies for excellence in HR.

Volkswagen Poznan once again was awarded in the competition. On 19 June, during the Galway Ceremony, Vice President of Personnel – Jolanta Musielak received the Gold Statuette for outstanding achievement in all areas of HR.
