For 25 years, our plant has been a part of a concern which is the world’s leader in the automotive industry. Our customers are supplied with top quality vehicles and components. However, it is people who constitute the main pillar of Volkswagen Poznań. Our team consists of 10,000 people: direct and indirect production employees, pupils, apprentices and trainees.
One thing is certain: we create a community bonded by our work. It consists of daily routines, norms of conduct and values which manifest themselves in day-to-day work and experiences. All these aspects create the corporate culture which has been evolving since the establishment of VWP. To be a market leader and achieve long-term success, it is not enough to just set and implement goals and tasks. We need a committed, highly motivated and integrated workforce that identifies with our company. Success is not possible without people's support and cooperation.

Based on talks with representatives of employees at all corporate levels, we have identified a set of values which serve as guiding principles at Volkswagen Poznań:

These values are more than just words on paper. They are the essence of how our organization operates on a daily basis. On the one hand, our values guide our actions and initiatives for the benefit of our employees. On the other hand, they govern the way we behave, approach our tasks and treat one another. What is more, these six values determine the workplace climate and affect our attitude towards challenges and commitment to work. Our corporate values are intertwined and mutually dependent, forming a consistent whole. They apply to everyone, from the President of the Board to Body Shop and Foundry workers. Everyone carries a responsibility for workplace culture and performance, and for the pursuit of values constituting our corporate culture because... "we make our success!"
