For 25 years, our plant has been a part of a concern which is the world’s leader in the automotive industry. Our customers are supplied with top quality vehicles and components. However, it is people who constitute the main pillar of Volkswagen Poznań. Our team consists of 10,000 people: direct and indirect production employees, pupils, apprentices and trainees.

Strategy of the brand
Thanks to the implementation of the GRIP 2025+ strategy, we wish to ensure sustainable development for Volkswagen Utility Vehicle Brand. To achieve that, we defined four fundamental areas of objectives.
