What web browsers are compatible with the application?
The application is compatible with all available web browsers.
How do I apply for a job?
Once you find a job that interests you, click it and then click “Apply”. Another step is to complete all required boxes of an application form and attach a file with an up-to-date CV.
Do I need to complete the application form every time I apply for a job?
Yes, you must complete the application form every time you apply for a job. The form is intuitive and it will take you only a few minutes to complete it.
Why am I unable to log in with username and password?
We are currently using a new recruitment platform whereby candidates complete an application form and attach a file with a CV. Username and password are not required at this time.
A while ago I applied for a job by logging into the system. Do I need to apply one more time using the new application form?
Your application is still in our database, but if you are interested in any new job posting, you should apply again using the new application form.
What file format should my CV be in?
File formats compatible with the system include Word and PDF.
How can I update/modify my CV?
In applying for a given job, complete the form and upload your CV with up-to-date information required for the purposes of that recruitment process. If you apply in another recruitment process, you should update the information on the form and your CV.
How many jobs can I apply for?
You can apply for all jobs that meet your requirements and expectations. Keep in mind that recruiters will not take you into consideration for jobs which you are not qualified for. You can apply for each job once.
Can I change my answers in the application form?
Unfortunately, you cannot. You may complete the application form only once. There is no time limit, so you can take as much time as you need to complete it.
How do I know if my CV has been successfully sent?
After you send your CV to a job posting, you will see a confirmation “Thank you for applying to Volkswagen Poznań”. You will also receive a confirmation at the email address provided by you on the application form.
How can I check if a job is still available or has been filled?
All available jobs are posted on our website. If the recruitment for a job that you applied for is closed, you will receive a notification by email.
Why can’t I send my application for a job?
First, make sure that you have completed all required boxes and uploaded a CV in the correct file format. We recommend that you upload text files (e.g. Word, PDF).
I am no longer interested in a job posting. How can I withdraw my application?
First, you should notify the recruiter who followed up with you. If it is not possible, send an email at ofertypracy@vw-poznan.pl and specify from which recruitment processes you would like to withdraw.
