Recruitment process
Find out what our recruitment process looks like, step by step.
Step 1. Application
It is the most important moment because everything begins here. Therefore, proper attention should be given to this stage. See if the tasks in the description of a particular position suit you - they may soon be your tasks... Be sure to check whether your education, experience and skills correspond to our expectations. If yes, do not wait, apply - do not let others get ahead of you! Work at VWP is something!
Step 2. Selection
Our recruiters and professional department check each application for compliance with the requirements of a given position. They are very meticulous; therefore, it sometimes takes several days to complete the selection process. Unfortunately, at this stage we have to decline some candidates - they receive information via e-mail. We pray you are not one of them!
Step 3: First stage
- Administrative posts
Assessment Centre - is the first recruitment stage for administrative positions. A group of 6 candidates participate in this exercise, which aim is to verify the skill of cooperation and communication in a team. You will receive feedback immediately after completing the task. .
- Production posts
Manual exercises - is the first recruitment stage for production posts. The goal of the exercise is to check manual skills and professional predispositions. You will receive feedback immediately after completing the task.
Step 4. Recruitment interview
During the interview, you will get the opportunity to speak to someone from the personnel department and a representative of the professional division. No stress. We merely want to get to know you better! The CV is for us an “introduction”, so we will ask you for details regarding education, experience and various skills. In turn, you will get to meet your future superior and learn more about your position.
Step 5. Decision
After meeting with all the candidates, the superior decides who will join his/her team. After this stage, we inform everyone - regardless of the recruitment results. We do so because we want to thank everyone personally for their effort and time!
